Preventive Medicine Residency

The University of Wisconsin Preventive Medicine Residency trains physicians in public health and general preventive medicine, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention in communities and other defined populations. Graduates of preventive medicine residency programs are well-prepared for careers in areas such as local, state or federal health agencies, health care systems, and community-based health organizations.
